What
a great day for a Fourth of July Concert!  OK...so it was actually the
2nd of July, but that's OK since John Adams originally thought that this would be the day to celebrate,
since that was the day that the
Declaration of Independence was actually approved by the Continental
	Congress back in 1776.

Mr. Adams' protestations notwithstanding, Independence Day in Laurel
Maryland was marked with beautiful weather and lots of enjoyment for the
100,000+ people that decided to attend.

The actual concert kicked off around 5:00, and as the crowd swelled
throughout the afternoon the excitement levels swelled as well.  It is
always gratifying to see the little kids up by the very front of the stage
	with awe in their eyes.
